Handwork Teacher: WSRF seeks a full-time handwork teacher
experienced in teaching the grades Waldorf curriculum. We desire a fully
trained Waldorf teacher who has experience teaching Handwork and is proficient
in knitting, crocheting, cross-stitch and sewing. Strong student management as
well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Faculty
Coordinator (Chair): This is a full time faculty chair position
that focuses on administrating and coordinating the pedagogical mission of the
school. The position includes limited teaching, public speaking, and
coordination of mentors, in house teacher and student support, pedagogical
study, faculty and meeting coordination. A solid background and experience in
Waldorf Education is required. The ability and enthusiasm for collaborative
leadership, facilitating and documenting policies and procedures, tracking
agendas and decisions, visioning of organizational development towards
accreditation, solid verbal and written skills are essential for the position.
