Please join us for a workshop, based on the principles of Anthroposophical Medicine, designed to introduce you to home care for your children and the whole family.
When: Thursday, January 16, 3:30 – 5 pm
Location: Waldorf School on the Roaring Fork

We will focus on the nature of illness, the importance of warmth, rhythm, and sleep. We will go over practical ways to support illness and health at home, with some demonstrations and experiences of some home self-care.
When we support our children and our ourselves through colds and flus using natural methods, we experience the opportunity to come to greater overall wellness within. Simple, safe, effective, and natural!
