Executive Functioning: The Key to Emotional, Social, and Academic Excellence

WSRF’s Rachel Poirier is back! Join us for an exploration into our brain's conductor: the executive functioning system. This vast and fundamental system of self-regulation impacts every aspect of our daily lives, from perceptions and thoughts to actions and emotions. Topics will include: the impacts of EF on learning and behavior, how to spot lagging EF skills, and how to support development of the EF system from infancy to adolescence through intentional teaching and practice.

Tuesday October 29th, 3:30-4:25pm (Childcare available with RSVP)
