Take a deep dive into early literacy at WSRF with longtime teacher and literacy expert, Patti Connolly. This event will focus on the importance of building the pathways in the brain needed to become literate through phonics and practice. Plus, the importance of building those pathways through an imaginative and kinesthetic approach.  All parents, current and curious are invited, ideal for parents with children ages Toddler to 3rd Grade

Patti Connolly has over 20 years of teaching experience and is now the teacher of teachers with her literacy programs that prepares Waldorf educators to teach early literacy and reading in grades 1st to 3rd through a phonemic approach.
