Elevate your family’s evening rituals to create intentional transitions that help prepare the brain for sleep while building more self-regulation and independence for children around bedtime. Topics will include: the relationship between sleep, learning and behavior, considerations when creating nighttime routines, and scaffolded strategies for toddlerhood through adolescence.

Many of you know her as the student support provider in the Early Childhood classrooms; she’s also an Early Intervention provider for the State of Colorado.
