Join experienced educator Holly Richardson on a journey of self-care, awareness and growth for you and your infant under the rustling branches of WSRF’s oak forest for this completely outdoor based program. A consistent rhythm will include singing, stretching, meditation, child observation, simple games, tea and a wholesome snack.
