It is Time to Secure Your Student’s Spot for Fall ’23! 

WSRF is experiencing unprecedented demand for our programs. While this is very exciting, our first priority is to ensure spots for returning families. Thank you to the many families who have already completed their re-enrollment and we appreciate your patience as we adjust to our new system. Please help us secure your student’s spot for Fall ’23 by re-enrolling your students no later than this coming Thursday February 16th. Now to Feb 16th is the only priority re-enrollment window for all returning families, Toddler to 8th Grade. Starting February 17th, new applications will be reviewed and spots cannot be guaranteed for returning students and the re-enrollment fee will double. Space is particularly limited in our early childhood programs.  

Priority Re-Enrollment fee is discounted to $175 per family through Feb 16th! (Increases to $350 on Feb 17th) 

How To Re-enroll: 

  • Please go to FACTS Family Portal

  • Select Create New Family Portal Account

  • Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.

  • Click Create Account

  • You will receive an email from FACTS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes this link will remain active for 6 hours.

  • Log into Family Portal using your newly created username and password 

  • Once logged into the Family Portal: 

  • Go to left-side Navigation Menu

  • Click on Apply/Enroll

  • Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

  • You should see your student’s records to re-enroll, if you do not, please contact the school

Mark your calendar to join this free, upcoming Parent Talk! Mike Jones, (WSRF 8th Grade Parent), will be joining us to expand our knowledge around media hygiene and cyber civics. Mike Jones is an early pioneer in social media, founding Userplane in 2001, one of the largest chat, instant messaging, and presence networks powering most of the early social media platforms. After selling Userplane to AOL he was appointed CEO of MySpace and an early advisor and investor to most of today's modern social media platforms including TikTok and Snap. He currently is the founder of Science Ventures (www.science-inc.com) a company creation fund focused on consumer and digital sectors. Mike will review the history of social media, the elements that drive its addiction, the current statistical mental impact on teens and adults, how to think through online identity development, and best practices around hacking and identity protection.
