Annual Fund Kick Off

The Annual Fund is WSRF’s most important fundraising component and directly impacts every element of our operations. The tax-deductible donations from our entire community to the Annual Fund bridge the critical gap between tuition and operating expenses to ensure we can open our doors and offer robust, dynamic Waldorf Education in the Roaring Fork Valley.

You will soon receive a packet in the mail asking for your support in this year’s Annual Fund campaign.

We are striving for 100% community participation and we deeply value each and every contribution to this critical fundraising component as an independent school that does not receive any government funding. To learn more about why the Annual Fund matters and what the money supports or to make a donation via our website, visit here. Please contact Morgan Jacober at morgan@waldorfschoolrf.org for more information.

Parent-Teacher Conference Signups

Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled for Monday, October 31st through Wednesday, November 2nd.

Monday and Tuesday the conferences are scheduled during the school day and Wednesday the conferences are scheduled following dismissal. Please use this link to access your class teacher’s conference sign up.

One change we have implemented this year is to offer individual conferences for specialty teachers. If you have a strong desire or need to meet with a specialty teacher, you may sign up on their schedule.

Please note that specialty teachers teach much of the student body and it will be impossible for them to meet with everyone during this time. We encourage you to sign up as this is a great opportunity, but please only do so if you feel it is necessary.
